I've been feeling a slight pain on my back, that's why I'm currently looking for a massage therapy service. I never knew that a 60-minute massage can help lower cortisol, which is a hormone that is being released when an individual is stressed. It's great to know that massage therapy is beneficial in terms of reducing swell and inflammation.
